Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how "Visionary - Ultimate Vision Board" ("Visionary", "the app", "we", "us") handles information. Visionary is developed and published by Kozo Technology.

1. No Account, No Cloud Sync

Visionary does not require you to create an account or sign in. There is no cloud backend, and no user-generated content is transmitted to us or stored on our servers. Everything you create — boards, goal cards, photos, checklists, and voice-recorded affirmations — is stored locally on your device in a local database and local files.

2. Permissions the App Requests

• Notifications — used to show local reminders for goal deadlines and daily affirmations. These notifications are generated entirely on your device; nothing is sent to a remote server to trigger them.
• Microphone — used only if you choose to record a voice note for an affirmation. The recording is saved as a local audio file on your device and is never uploaded anywhere by the app.
• Photo library access — used only when you choose to pick a photo from your gallery for a goal card. The app does not use the camera and does not scan or upload your photo library.

All of the above permissions are optional and only requested at the moment you use the related feature. You can decline them and continue using the rest of the app.

3. Advertising

Visionary is free to use and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain information for the purpose of showing and measuring ads, such as your advertising ID and general ad-interaction data, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Where required (for example, under GDPR for users in the EEA/UK), the app shows Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form on first launch and lets you review or change your ad-privacy choices at any time from Settings.

4. Local Backup and Sharing

Visionary includes an optional, manual backup/export feature that packages your data into a zip file. This file is only created and shared when you explicitly choose to do so, using your device's own share sheet (for example, to save it to your own cloud storage or send it to yourself). We do not automatically upload or have access to this backup.

5. Data Security

Because your content stays on your device, its security depends primarily on your device's own security (lock screen, OS updates, etc.). We recommend keeping your device and its operating system up to date.

6. Children's Privacy

Visionary is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app collects no personal information on our servers (all content is local to the device), there is no server-side data of any kind about any user, including children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app or for legal reasons. Changes will be posted at this same location with an updated "Last updated" date.
