Privacy Policy for ScoreRadar

Last updated: October 2, 2026

ScoreRadar ("the app") is developed by Kozo Technology ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

No account required

ScoreRadar does not require you to register or sign in, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers.

Information stored on your device

Your favorite teams and leagues, app settings (including your chosen language), and (if you choose to add one) your personal sports-data API key are stored locally on your device only. We do not operate a backend server, and this information is never transmitted to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

Internet access and third-party sports data

The app uses your internet connection to fetch live scores, fixtures, standings, team/player data, and news directly from public third-party providers (including TheSportsDB, football-data.org, API-Football, OpenF1, Jolpica-F1, and the RSS feeds of various sports news publishers). These requests go directly from your device to those providers, are not proxied through our servers, and are governed by each provider's own privacy policy. If you choose to enter your own API key in Settings, that key is stored only on your device and is sent only to that provider's servers.

Advertising and your consent

ScoreRadar is free and shows ads (banner, native, and optional rewarded ads) served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address (used for approximate location), device and operating-system information, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. See how Google uses this information: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland: on first launch the app asks for your consent through Google's certified consent management platform. Personalised ads are shown only if you consent; otherwise you may see limited, non-personalised ads. No ads are requested before you have answered.

United States: if you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (such as California), you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising.

Change your choice at any time: open the app's Settings → Privacy options. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device's Google settings.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, ScoreRadar uses them only to alert you about matches you are following. This is handled entirely on your device.

Sharing of personal data

We do not collect your personal data ourselves, so we have nothing to sell. The only third-party data sharing is the advertising described above, which you control in Settings → Privacy options.

Children's privacy

ScoreRadar is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same page with a revised "Last updated" date.
